One of my life’s missions is to ensure that there is still sun after the rain. It’s never too late to heal & create unnegotiable boundaries.

Even after everything I’ve been through I’m still here & so are you. That’s not a coincidence.

We are not bound to what happened to us & it does not define who we are or what we can & cannot do.

All it takes is one decision to take the proper steps to change. One step to get closer to where you’ve always dreamed of being.

But you have to start somewhere. Start scared, start unprepared. Just start and don't let anything or anyone stop you.
